The WilloughVale Inn Lodging Information

• Main Inn rooms: nightly rates based on double occupancy; add $50.00+ per night for each additional adult.
  
• Children 12 and under stay free in same Main Inn room with parents. No child is to be left unattended anywhere on property.
  
• Two night minimum for Cottages and Governor Aiken room.
• An amenity fee of 3% per day is applied. The amenity fee covers property WIFI, Phone calls anywhere in USA and Canada, beach access, room safe, inside games, fire pit with wood, all outside amenities. The service charge is shared by employees who provided services to you during your stay. Dining gratuities are not included.
• 9% Vermont state lodging tax (MRT) and 1 % local Westmore tax is collected as per Vermont state laws.

EXCESSIVE CLEANING/ DAMAGE FEES

• *If unusual and additional cleaning is required after departure, above the normal protocols, there will be an additional charge added to your bill. You will be contacted within 14 days of your departure regarding any additional charges for missing items, damages to room or cabin or its contents, or any excessive cleaning that may be required, including but not limited to: vomit and/or other bodily fluids; stains/ spills on furniture, carpet or other upholstery; excessive dishes, garbage, food debris, etc. Charges are determined by time taken to clean or cost of damages.
• Lost keys may be subject to a fee up to $100
• *Guests are not allowed to smoke in their guest rooms and common areas. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for those who do not abide by this policy.
• Daily replenishing services are provided for all accommodations.
• One dog 60 lb.'s and under is permitted only in Courtyard(Inn room), Robert Frost (lake front cabin), Songadeewin and Twilight( lake view cabin). A $40.00++ per night service fee applies. You must pickup after your dog on property.

Deposit & Cancellation

• One night stays require full payment upon booking reservation
• For two nights or more a 50% payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations.
• Cancellation notice is required 3 weeks prior to arrival. Refunds for early departures will not be provided. There will be a 12% cancellation fee for all cancellations from deposit amount paid no matter when you cancel. For cancellations within 3 weeks of arrival deposits are forfeited in their entirety, and on a case by case basis may be applied to a future stay. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be billed the total amount due for the reservation.

Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Travelers Checks or Cash are all accepted. We do not accept American Express

Check In & Check Out

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

Check-in's after hours are provided a lock box code to receive arrival packet.
