We are looking forward to welcoming guests to the WilloughVale Inn & Cottages starting July 1, 2020 after the pause that we experienced this spring and early summer. Operational procedures have been enhanced or changed for the well - being of our guests and staff. We have implemented guidelines from the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Please take a moment to review the changes that will be in place for your visit.
General Property Information
· Hand-sanitizing stations will be available at the Reception Desk.
· All WilloughVale Inn & Cottages staff will be required to wear masks when in the public areas of the Inn.
· All guests will be required to wear masks inside of the Inn’s public areas and outside amenity areas.
· Guests and staff will observe recommended social distancing protocols.
· The WilloughVale Inn & Cottages property will comply with local or state mandated occupancy limits.
· All public areas at the Inn are subject to all social distancing protocols which is currently 6 feet. Limited occupancy mandated by the state will be adhered to.
Housekeeping
· The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces.
· Guest rooms are disinfected and cleaned upon guest departure and the guest room will remain unoccupied for several days.
· Electrostatic sprayers have been ordered and when received we will use to disinfect public areas and guest rooms using EPA disinfectants and cleaning solutions.
· To reduce guest and staff contact, daily guest room cleaning will only be available upon request. Fresh linens, towels and amenities will be packaged and placed at your door upon request.
· The frequency of air filter replacement and HVAC system cleaning has been increased and fresh air exchange will be maximized.
